Our Core Belief

• We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, is inerrant in the original writings, and is the divine authority for daily living.

• We believe in the one true and living God. He is eternal and is revealed to us as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

• We believe that Jesus Christ in the flesh was both God and man. He is the Son of God, begotten by the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary. Through His sinless life, death on the cross, burial, and bodily resurrection He serves as the substitutionary sacrifice to redeem mankind from eternal separation from God. He will one day visibly return for His church.

• We believe God, by divine command, is the absolute and sole creator of the heavens and the earth, including all life.
  

• We believe that man fell into sin and is lost. Except a man be born again by belief in Jesus Christ evidenced by the regenerative work of the Holy Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

• We believe that salvation is the gift of God. It cannot be gained by meritorious acts or works, but is freely given to all who put their faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. 

• We believe that every believer should, in addition to securing church membership, embrace the call to discipleship. This is accomplished through continuous education in and application of the word of God, and submission to the Holy Spirit.
