If your child is in Middle School or High School in McLean County then they have probably heard a dynamic sexual abstinence presentation from DeLaine Jones. DeLaine has a gift and passion for communicating to students the dangers of premarital sex as well as the blessings of saving sex until marriage.

The eight part series presented at New Hope also incorporates scriptural references so that your child can absorb the information from both a physical as well as a spiritual perspective.

Topics include, goal setting, consequences of sex, dating and marriage,

media influences, refusal skills, and more.

Did you know:

•    12,000 teens per day contract an STD each year.
•    1 in 4 teens who are sexually active get an STD.

•    Viral STDs have no cure, some can be fatal.

•    About half of all new HIV infections are in people    

             under 25.

•   1 in 4 children over the age of 12 that are sexually 

             active are infected with an incurable disease

             called Herpes.

•   Most STDs do not have any symptoms.

 Through  engaing videos, group interaction, and lectures, these are the types of facts that your children ages 12 and up will learn about in the New Hope Fellowship Youth Sexual Abstinence sessions.
