Membership Training
At New Hope Fellowship we endeavor to develop disciples through
an ongoing process of learning and application.
Our training is not pass/fail grading, instead our goal is to give new
members more information about who we are, how we operate
and offer more exposure to the word of God. All of these are vital to
getting plugged in and becoming a core part of our ministry.
The training consists of a ministry overview and six sections which
are:
Foundations of the Faith
Books of the Bible
Composition of the Bible Books
People of the Bible
Why We Can Believe the Bible
Utilizing biblical resources
The training is designed to be completed in 6-12 weeks. New
members will read through the information and individually complete
the self-study material during the week. During the training sessions
new members will meet with their assigned mentors to discuss the
material.
After completion of training, new members are awarded a framed
certificate that can be proudly displayed at home or in the work
place. This training is helpful and enriching. Upon completion,
members are encouraged to use their God given gifts and talents in the
ministry for His glory.
